This summer, Make a difference Monday is offering free weekly wellbeing and creativity sessions for young women in Crewe – a calm and welcoming space to relax, express yourself, and connect with others.
Run by Her Place Charitable Trust through their Inspire Her project, Make a difference Monday is generously funded by Cheshire Community Foundation and the Police and Crime Commissioner for Cheshire.
These creative sessions are open to young women aged 13–25.
You don’t need to be artistic or experienced – just come as you are! The sessions are designed to support wellbeing and encourage creativity in a friendly, informal environment.
Each week offers a new creative activity, such as:
- Power portraits
- Body positive sculpting
- Smash the patriarchy ceramics
- Wear your voice- patch design
Sessions are designed to build confidence, encourage open conversations about lived experience, and provide a relaxed space to have fun and feel part of something.
