All of our Active Her sessions are being held at St. Mary’s Caritas Centre, 65 Delamere Street, Crewe, CW1 2JX.

We would recommend wearing clothes and trainers that are comfortable and suitable for exercise.

We welcome parents and carers as these sessions can be a great opportunity to have fun together. Please let us know by ticking the checkbox on the enrolment form if you are bringing a parent or carer.

Some of our dates have multiple sessions running, so it would be great if you could stay for the whole day to be able to try out even more ways of being active! But we understand you may not want to participate in all of our sessions, so please use the booking form link to choose which sessions you want to join.

Please click here to sign up. If you have accessibility needs or are otherwise unable to complete the enrolment form for any reason, please text, whatsapp, or call Inspire on: 07496 160938. We can then complete an enrollment form with you over the phone.

We want everyone to feel welcome at our sessions, if you have a health condition or disability, please make us aware when you complete the sign in sheet, and please do not hesitate to contact us if you wish to discuss accessibility.

Water is available on-site and we will ensure this is accessible for you to stay hydrated! For the longer sessions with breaks snacks will also be available to help you keep energised! You are also welcome to bring your own snacks and drinks for breaks.

There is parking at the venue. At St Mary’s Caritas Centre you are responsible for signing your vehicle in on the tablet in the reception.

No, anyone is welcome to attend, provided you can safely travel to and from the venue.

No referral is needed – just book your place following the above link.

To celebrate our events and promote our services, we always like to get as many photos as possible. Privacy and safety is our priority, and attendees may opt out of photography permission on the enrolment form.

All of the classes are suitable for all ability levels. It’s okay to make mistakes and have fun!

At Inspire we understand that trying new things can sometimes be difficult, and you may have many questions to ask. Please do not hesitate to contact us about any queries you may have at: inspirecheshire@her-place.co.uk
